Season 3: Episode 74 The Hysterectomy Journey: Music is My Jam

Season 3 is off to a great start with Episode 74.  I take you on a Journey of my surgery that happened four months ago. I tell you my Journey because we all go through traumatic Journeys in our lives and I believe you each will be able to relate. I was in a dark place and I used music to bring me back from that darkness.  I will talk about what a theme song can mean in each of your own individual lives.  Music has a power that can be magical just when we need a spark to ignite within ourselves.
