Season 3: TheJourney: Episode 97: Do You Live a Hygge (Huug-ah) Life?
Do you have the Winter Blues or are you longing for those long Summer Days? Our brain has a natural Circadian Rhythm. This means our brains love 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness. Depending on the time of year we don't always get the natural Circadian Rhythm. Scandinavians created what is called a Hygge (Huug-ah) environment to combat the long dark days. Join me on how you can incorporate Hygge (Huug-ah) into your daily routines and you might just feel very cozy and warm.
