
I recently returned from a trip to Europe. I share my observations and experiences with you to help you prepare for possible stress, anxiety and frustration during travel. Post Pandemic travel has definitely changed and it may be hard to adapt. Listen to some of my positive and challenging experiences as I traveled through New York City, Paris, Budapest, Scotland and The United Kingdom. Travel is a great way to spend your time and with a little planning you will be able to cope with the ups and downs that happen along the way.
