
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This episode will talk about the stigma of a mental health diagnosis and how we can all work through it with some help and understanding. I will discuss how a mental health diagnosis does not mean that you are broken and that you can adapt and function just like everyone else. My goal is to help you identify if you need assistance and to help you understand a loved who has been diagnosed with mental health issues. YOU ARE NOT BROKEN, YOU ARE A MENTAL HEALTH WARRIOR!
